St Joseph's Supported Care Home is a well-managed, homely centre for older people with low to medium care needs. Residents are happy, feel safe, and enjoy respectful, attentive care from staff. The centre is clean, bright, and has pleasant communal areas and gardens. Meals are freshly prepared with choice and enjoyed by residents. Activities and social opportunities are available and residents are involved in decisions about the centre.
